Designed and built a comprehensive internal wiki inside HubSpot that documents every CRM workflow, automation recipe, and data architecture decision for Greenville Triumph SC’s operations.
What It Covers
- Contact lifecycle stages: How contacts flow from lead to customer, with trigger definitions for each stage transition
- Automation recipes: Documented every HubSpot workflow — what it does, when it fires, what it touches, and how to modify it
- Data architecture: Property naming conventions, custom object relationships, and integration mapping (HubSpot ↔ Trak ↔ Vivenu)
- Runbooks: Step-by-step procedures for common tasks (importing contacts, running a mail merge, pulling a ticket sales report)
Why This Matters
Before this wiki existed, all CRM knowledge was tribal — locked in one person’s head or scattered across Slack threads. This makes the CRM operations bus-factor-proof and onboarding-ready.
